 Terms and Conditions


“The Customer” means the person, firm or company making the booking

The “booking” means the function, event and or any supply of goods and services to be catered for and supplied by Brambles Kitchen Ltd

“Prices” All prices are correct at time of print and going to press, however prices are subject to change without notice.

“Confirmations” All bookings must be confirmed by the Client. The Client’s checkout at Cart will confirm acceptance of the these Terms and Conditions. Our Terms and Conditions may in themselves be updated as necessary and without notice.

“Numbers” All prices quoted are for a specific number of servings and any changes in Numbers “may” affect the overall price.

“Cancelations” If a booking is cancelled for any reason after confirmation and payment by the Client, any liability to sub-contractors or other costs or expenses incurred by Brambles Kitchen Ltd on behalf of the Client will be charged in full to the Client.

“Payment” will be demanded in accordance with the list of charges specified in the cart.  All Prices quoted are in UK Pounds & we accept payment by most leading credit and debit cards on line including Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Maestro and Delta.

“Variations” The contents of menus, decorations or any other items that are supplied by Brambles Kitchen Ltd are subject to market availability. Any alteration will be notified to the client as soon as is possible. (No substitutes will be made on the day without full client knowledge and agreement by the client)

“Food”. Brambles Kitchen Ltd” cannot be held responsible for the safety of any food supplied directly by the Client or a third party supplier.

“Complaints Procedures” All complaints in respect of food, service and or matters relating to our contract to supply must firstly be made verbally within 24 hours of the order being delivered and followed in writing and sent to: Richard Payne C/o Brambles Kitchen Ltd, Brambles Enterprise Centre, Waterberry Drive, Waterlooville, Hants, PO7 7TH within 5 working days of the order being delivered. Our operational hours are from 7am until 3pm Monday to Friday and any contact with us should be made during these times.

In respect of both “complaints procedures”, Brambles Kitchen will acknowledge receipt of your letter/email within 24 hours and will confirm in writing any feedback within 5 working days (Note: none of the above effects your statutory rights)

“Loss or Damage”. When equipment is delivered to any location (private house, dwelling, or Clients nominated premises -the “Client” remains wholly responsible for that equipment from the time of delivery until it is collected.  The “Customer” will be responsible for and will indemnify Brambles Kitchen Ltd against any and all claims, cost, losses, damage or liability arising due to any negligent act or default of the “Client” or of any person for whom the Client is responsible.

Please note: Brambles Kitchen Ltd carries full public and employee liability insurance (£10,000,000) a copy of our full insurance certificate is available on request

“Force Majeure”. No liability is accepted for failure of performance due to strike, lockout, accidents, fire, flood, ice, obstruction or any other ‘acts of God’ and other such events beyond the control of “Brambles Kitchen Ltd” In extreme and adverse weather conditions the company reserves the right to amend, cancel or withdraw our service without prior written notice.

“Limitation of Liability”. Brambles Kitchen Ltd accepts no liability for direct losses or damages caused by its negligence or failure to perform its obligations and shall be limited to the amount paid to Brambles Kitchen Ltd by the Customer. No liability is accepted for consequential losses or damages caused by Brambles Kitchen Ltd failure to perform its obligations (whether that failure is due to negligence on the part of Brambles Kitchen Ltd its officers, employees or sub-contractors or due to any other causes).

“Law of contract”. The contract which incorporates these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by British Law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.




Schedule 1:

“Cancellation” In the event of  cancellation of an order, the following percentage of the sales value will be charged to the client:


  • Cancelation More than 6 hours ahead of delivery -No Charge
  • Cancelation Less than 3 hours a ahead of delivery – 100% charge

The information, product information prices and product content displayed on this web site are correct as at 14/11/2014 and supersedes any earlier printed implementation dated menus, products and prices that we may have produced.
